This Shipping Policy explains how we process and ship orders placed with Hawthorne & Vale to Canada, the United Kingdom, and Germany.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Delivery estimates begin from the date your order ships, not the date it was placed, and are provided by our shipping carriers and fulfillment partners. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing, holidays, or carrier delays.

Canada

Standard Shipping: 5–9 business days — $12.00 CAD
Express Shipping: 2–4 business days — $20.00 CAD

United Kingdom

Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days — £9.99 GBP
Express Shipping: 4–7 business days — £19.99 GBP

Germany

Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days — €11.99 EUR
Express Shipping: 4–7 business days — €21.99 EUR

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Orders shipped to the United Kingdom, Germany, and other destinations outside Canada may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates or included at checkout. We are not able to predict what these charges may be, as they vary by country and order value.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and link. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive it.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@hawthorneandvale.co with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address, though we will do our best to assist with a correction if you contact us before your order ships.
